Consent to the processing of personal data
I agree to process the personal data provided to Library of Things, z.s. with registered office: Těšínov 2, 398 11 Protivín, as to a processor of personal data, for inclusion into the Library of Things database and further marketing processing, ie sending commercial communications in accordance with the Czech Republic Act No. 480/2004 Coll. as amended.
I acknowledge that I have the right to access personal data and other rights that respect objecting against data processing or as well as corrections and restrictions of the use of the provided information.
This consent to the processing of my personal data is given on a voluntary basis and can be withdrawn free of charge at any time by sending an e-mail at kolektiv@libraryofthings.cz
Personal data is stored in electronic form in accordance with applicable laws of the Czech Republic – especially with the Personal Data Protection Act No. 101/2000 Coll. – and the European Union legislation, and are fully secured against misuse. Personal data will not be provided to a third party.
